2.3 One Account Policy

Each natural person may register and maintain exactly one betw777 account. Operating multiple accounts — whether simultaneously or sequentially — is strictly forbidden. betw777 employs technical and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts, including device fingerprinting, IP monitoring, payment method cross-referencing, and document matching. If duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be closed and all balances and bonuses forfeited, without the right of appeal.

2.4 Account Security

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

3.5 Failed and Pending Transactions

5. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using betw777, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, honest, and respectful manner at all times. The following activities are explicitly prohibited and constitute material breaches of these Terms, each carrying consequences up to and including immediate permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable.

6. Age Restriction & KYC Verification

7.1 Suspension by betw777

An account may be suspended pending investigation if betw777 has reasonable grounds to believe that any of the following has occurred: a breach of these Terms; suspicious transaction activity; incomplete or unverified KYC documentation; receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a financial institution; or a report of fraud, identity theft, or unauthorised account access. During suspension, the player will be unable to log in, place bets, or process withdrawals. Any active game rounds at the time of suspension will be voided and stakes returned where technically possible.

7.2 Permanent Closure by betw777

betw777 may permanently close an account without refund of remaining balance where a serious breach of these Terms has been confirmed, including confirmed fraud, identity falsification, bonus abuse, use of automated tools, or underage play. betw777 will notify the affected player via email of the closure and the reason (except in cases where providing such notification would compromise a fraud investigation or legal process).

7.3 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request voluntary closure of your betw777 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Before submitting a closure request, you should withdraw any available balance. betw777 will process closure requests within 5 business days. Accounts closed voluntarily may be reopened upon request, subject to KYC re-verification, unless the account was self-excluded (in which case the self-exclusion terms apply).

7.4 Effect of Closure on Bonuses and Pending Bets

Upon account closure — whether voluntary or by betw777 — all unconverted bonus balances, free bet credits, and free spins are voided immediately. Pending sports bets placed prior to closure will be settled in accordance with normal settlement rules and any resulting winnings credited; however, if the closure resulted from a terms breach, all pending and settled bets placed during the breach period may be voided at betw777's discretion.
